On 7th July 2010 night I woke up to see FIFA Worldcup match.I realized that SUNDTH is not working at all. showing no signal.I called up sundth tool free number .They apologized for the inconvenience and told me their service is down due to some technical issues from their side and assured me that the issue will be resolved before 7 am next day.
But now the time is 8th JULY 2010 night 9:45 pm. nothing happened, they failed to restore their DTH service. Their millions of customers as they claim not able to watch TV channels.No one knows what’s going on.If we are calling customer support no one will pickup. This is total irresponsibility .
Once after collecting money from customers, they are not taking care of their services
