Customer service in Sun direct.? wow I haven’t seen such a worst service even in government offices. Even after complaining 10 times they coolly say it will take 3-4 days and only technician can come and see. Technician charges every time. This issue happens at least once a month and every time it rains (sometimes even if it slightly drizzles) your sun direct will start searching for its so called signal. THE WORST DTH SERVICE FROM SO CALLED VERY BIG TV NETWORK COMPANY. shame on them. lots of issues, no customer care. oh no. I spent a lot to watch FIFA 2010 but I watched just 1 match, believe me just one match ONLY so far, rest all days no signal.:-(
I highly dont recommend people to choose SUN DIRECT as I have already invested and feeling a lot for that. now I am planning to search for some DTH which has good service (rely and customer care).
