Sun direct is has no customer service whatsoever in Orissa. The only time I saw its technician was on the day I installed it. Soon after installation of the SUN DTH I could not see my channels subscribed. I called on the helpline and registered a complain and the customer care replied that they would be sending a technician but since last 1 year I am yet to see the technician. I gave up calling to customer after a few months and switched to Tata Sky which indeed was the right decision taken.
Never go for Sun DTH even if they give it as a complimentary gift.
