It was really disgusting to own sun direct. technical quality like picture clarity etc is good but of what use when you cannot watch any channel that you watch most & what use when there is nobody to hear from the company about your problems.
I called customer care about stb failure problem they said they dont have anythig to do with it and we have to contact dealer (kalki enterprises selaiyur, tambaram) and when visited to his premises the dealers responded as if we have taken some loan from them & have not paid.
Lady sitting over their abused about income levels of the customer when we started comparing customer service of other dth players. she also said more you pay better the customer service.(infact I went to sun dth not because it was low cost because it belonged to tamilnadu & I am born here - I opted based on this even though I know what kind of channels I will be getting)
To add more vows, they are still non commital on servicing the stb and they said they will call & till date(after 10 days) no one called back.
More over sun dealers are interested in increasing their market & not serving the customer.
Once tatasky chief has said with this cost sun direct will not survive, May be he is true?
