I bought this service in May-2010. Initially subscribed for 7 months. Then I extended for 1 year and I get a message on the screen that I would not get most of the channels as they have to re-align to receive those channels and I have to call customer care. I have been calling them daily for 20 days and on and on. They take my compliant daily but no one comes and fixes this problem. The neither give my money back nor fix the problem.
You hear lot of background noise and you do not understand what they are talking to you and on top of that they are not so good at English. They do not have good IT systems in place to support their operations. I bet Sun Dish would be the worst Dish Network in terms of customer care operations in India.
I strongly please do not subscribe for Sun Dish. A BIG No to Sun Dish.
