In my home I am using Sun direct DTH services. I think Sun direct is providing services on Sun but on our earth. Poor signal quality, high cost. Even if the wind speed very high we won’t get any signal.i got a dough that weather they are providing the services from a satellite or like a cell tower. If there are any rainy condition we wont’t get any signal.
The customer service for payment due updation is very good. But if you face any problem regarding any problem they won’t lift your call. without talking they directly put your call on hold. Recently they kept my call on hold for 30 mins after that they cut the call. This type of customer service is unacceptable . so friends go for some good DTH services other than Sun direct.
