This is good company to work if you are sycophant, you don’t want to take your share of credit, if only if you are old and spend quite a good time in company.
Senior people are made fool..they are kept under loom. no place for promotions...politics as bad as Indian political system.
Good things are: work life balance, flexible timings, work from home (only if you are loyal to your manager, if not forget it)
Overall: might be good for you, for me it was not as pleasant. I am happy to leave it.
