I have stayed all over but the degree of hospitality I experienced at this hotel, stands out.
Staff: Extremely courteous and respectful. There is humility and respect in the staff’s eyes and they are very welcoming to help.
Rooms: Considering that the hotel is in the heart of the city, on a main road, my expectations were nominal. But the rooms were spacious and well done.
Food: Nice food and the good service, with smiles, made it awesome.
Ambience: Not the 4-5 star levels but reasonably good,
Overall, average infrastructure but excellent service.
