Just avoid this place if you are planning for a trip to goa. Its 4 Star only in price and the rest is just an ordinary Lodge. Front desk staff are clueless about anything. They are very irresponsible and the best weapon they have is a blank face for anything. There is just no coordination between the people who book the rooms to people who allot rooms. Worst is if you go late evening when the reception staff would have left for the day.
The rooms for which we paid 3100Rs/- per day is the worse place that we have ever lived in. Bathroom shower has to be fixed multiple times before we could get little hot water. The wash basin is the worse with broken wood stand.
Can you imagine a 4 star hotel without a lift to their 3rd floor? We were given a room in the 3rd floor with no lift and on top there are no lights in the lobby and the stair case.
The place is not convenient for any thing. Its neither a beach resort nor anything close to the town. It take 750Rs/- to reach this place from the hotel and in return you still have to spend money for cabs to go to any beach nearby.
After 3 days of this worse experience, we found and moved to Fidalgo in Panjim which is an excellent place to stay and we got a good deal and a lovely place to stay.
