I have been using Suncom for 5 years. They were good in the begining, but at this time very poor customer service and roaming sucks, Every employee will tell you something different when it comes to roaming, cell phones and plans. Do not go with them.
The phone was poor, and couldnt get any help with it, they told me to send to manufacturer, it was my only phone. They kept bouncing me around from one customer service rep to another, asking me to contact my credit card company, contact Cingular to no avail. TERRIBLE customer service. Now, they are sending me warning letters that they will send mynon-payment to the collection agency.
