Friends, Have had a very bad experience with Sundaram Finance, think many times before signing up with them. Pukka Govt office culture, poor service, pathetic response times. Atleast at Govt offie you can get things done not here at all.
Had a Corporate car loan thro’ my company with them. When I wanted to convert to personal loan, as I was leaving the organization. They simply refused.the reason.we don’t have staff to handle such requests!. Can you beat that. This is inspite the highest official in my organization requesting them to switch the lease from corporate to personal.
They never once asked anything about my financial position, ability to payback tec.nothing at all.
They just kept mumbling about lack of staff, master agreement with my organization not having the clause etc.
I took the matter to the highest level, after a month of pursuing they made an offer you’d have to be mad to accept.
Be wise avoid these guys.
