For the interest of those who are planning to buy Chevy car in chennai, please read this complaint and then decide on going for a chevy car. In continuation to the complaint that I raised earlier, now Sundaram motors chennai service center is continuing their worst service to their customers by returning damaged vehicle back to their customers after service.
My earlier complaint was that when I gave my car for 2nd service, Sundaram motors did 3rd service, but they took both 2nd and 3rd service (CPC) coupons. After several escalations to Chevrolet and complaints raised, Sundaram motors accepted to perform the missed out 2nd service items.
This time when they took my car to perform missed out items in 2nd service they have returned my car in a damaged condition.
DAMAGE 1: There is a big damage on the left corner of the front bumper
DAMAGE 2: Some small scratches on the font left door.
These are the few external damages that I was able to notice. I wonder what all internal parts Sundaram Motors have damaged or changed with old / duplicate parts to take a revenge on me for the escalations that I made for their mistakes.
I have told them that I will not take back my car until all these damages are fixed. From the damages it is very clear that it has happened before water wash of the vehicle, in the service center and I have a proof of the service slip which has the details of any damages that existed before they took my car for service.
I wonder how Sundaram motors delivered my car with the damages, don’t they follow any checklist or quality checks to be done before delivery? I would recommend the concerned authorities to cancel any quality certification they have now.
The service manager has told me that he will check with his manager on this and inform me by tomorrow. I am completely dissatisfied with Sundaram motor’s service and I can not accept some stupid service center fools playing around with my 7 Lakhs worth car. I think that I have put myself into a lot of trouble by paying so much to Chevrolet.
