Never expected honda would give dealership to people who cant service the cars properly and who cant communicate with the customers.
They take ages to replace the part of your vehicle and dont even care to communicate the status to the customer. Intially I thought the issue was with tier 3 staff but seems like something is seriously wrong at all levels.
If at all you dont want to waste your hard earned money and want to take good care of your car and expect decent service for your car, would suggest you to stay away from the dealer.
Would suggest Honda india take serious cognizance of the reviews being posted on different social forums and take appropriate action else it is going to impact Honda India reputation very badly.
