Sundaram Mutual fund don’t have anything like a customer service. Absolutely no response to simple queries. Absolutely responsive to any queries. even personal visits to their office in Chennai did not help resolve simple queries. No one in their customer care service seem to know anyting or understand queries. Absolutely irresponsible
