Hello friends today I am going to write a review on a hotel named Sundaram Palace, Pradhannagar, Siliguri.
Room Quality:-Rooms are very small and dingy, bathroom is also very small. Rooms need cleaning and also lots of mosquitoes you have to bear.
Guest service:-Guest servicing is very bad, staffs were rude, and had no intensions to care for their customers.
Food and Presentation:-Food is below average and presentation is just worst.
Ambience:-Ambience is very good not far away from Siliguri Tenzing Norgay Bus stand, the staffs and owners of the hotel have taken people for granted as the location is very close to bus stand.
Value for money:-Prices of the rooms are not overpriced they are in the budget but facility is worst.
Therefore according to my opinion this is not a hotel to try for because you will lose your money just like dipping money into the water.
