Yippee’s veggie noodles is the best of the lot. Its crispy(with veg pieces) and the taste is good. Maggie is nowhere near this.
I always used to grab this reddish-orange package when I went to the supermarket. There are so many reasons to get it - it is not only soupy and tasty, its also cheaper.
The Taste
Yippee has a crispy taste. It is not greasy and lousy like maggie. When you bite, you get the feel of the noodles and even pieces of vegetables. Maggie is like a snaky and slippery thing.
The solution is like a veg soup and you can’t seem to stop drinking more and more of it.
They also have a chicken version that’s a little costly. But its still good.
Price & Offers
The price is nominal. Rs. 10 is the minimum price for the veggie version. A few months ago Yippie had this scheme with Paytm. They gave this code and if we used this code on Paytm, we would get Rs. 20 or something. I got Rs. 40 by buying 2 large packs and used the money for online recharge.
Yippie is a better alternative to Maggie, especially in terms of taste and feel. With maggie getting into that chemicals news, I am eating only Yippie now.
Highly recommended when you are alone and dont have anyone to cook for you!
