I want to remind you that the processed foods are not Healthy . Avoid processed foods as much as possible. Because process food took many process. And if anyone have Diabetics then stay away from it. because it increase sugar level very rapidly.
If you dont believe then try just once. Even Atta noodles are not healthy because of its processing. Atta is good but processed Atta is same like any processed food. so please guys avoid noodles.
