Absolutely NO SERVICE, even in warranty period

I bought this highest end chimney some 7 years back at a whopping price of 15000/-.


First shock came upon me when during the warranty period itself, there was absolutely no service available. The shop from where it was bought had shut and run away.


The Service Network lists service center for GHAZIABAD and NOIDA at Indirapuram and the contact number which is always SWITCHED OFF.


First problems came that the motor stopped working within warranty period and had to get it repaired from 3rd party(SUNFLAME Service was not available at all).


Fan makes a lot of noise, creating noise pollution.


Its push buttons become useless every 6 months.


They had mesh filters, which become lose, sometimes fall on their own.


Post Sales Service is Nill, even in NCR Area . it is when the company is Faridabad based, i.e., NCR based.
