Its a very easy to use device. Just turn on the switch, wait for 15 minutes and get hot water. There are two LEDs on the front of the geyser. When Both Red and green LEDs are on, it shows that the water is heating and when it reaches the maximum temperature than only the red light remains lit. It also has the auto cut feature.
Durability: In terms of durability, I dont find it to be much durable because with in the warranty period(ie. 6 months) we got it repaired thrice. And even after that the problems persisted. After the warranty was over we had to change its heating element. So ill not consider it to be much durable.
Handy: One must go for 15-20L geyser rather than a 25L because it comes in a big size and is tough to handle. It occupies a plenty much space at your place. The other thing is its wasting electricity. I’ll recommend 15-20L.
Style and design: It comes in a simple design with a plain body and a pair of LED indicators. Not much stylish and such products suit the domestic use.
Service and support: The technician arrives within 3-4 days after the complaint is registered. I got my product repaired 5 times, times in warranty and 2 times after that. I find there is something wrong with the technicians. Because there is no scope of so much issues in such a small period of time. And that to a product which is almost untouched.
