I was very surprised to know SUNFLAME for their latest product glass top 4 burner gas-stove CRYSTAL have got it all wrong. this product is not worth to be in the market
Sunflame support representative agreed that the glass breaks just by over heating.I had twice purchased sunflame earlier and was a good brand follower, the glass-top is a bad product the glass will shatter into pieces just by heating doing your normal cooking.
Sunflame has brought this product into the market without doing their due-diligence on the glass quality. and they have number of complains with respect to glass shattering into pieces. for sure in fine prints they don’t cover glass top in warranty.
They will charge you anywhere from 1500-2000 for glass repair and that too again without any warranty.
Sunflame is better off with their steel base gas stoves. I would not recommend this glass-top gas stove from sunflame to anyone. it is not safe somebody can easily get hurt with the shattered glass pieces.
