We purchased Sunflame three burner Stainless Steel Gas Stoves and within few months, one of the three burners started becoming loose. During previous week, its nut and screw fully came out and the gas burner is no more attached to the stove. Similar thing resulted with the second burner and is unusable.We are afraid that the third one also might become loose over a period of time. A complaint was forwarded to customer care who committed that rectification will be done within 48 hours and no solution resulted. After having called several times, the concerned person replied, "I was out of station and would be back today".No mechanic came for further two days.We really were under the wrong impression that Sunflame service is good but now have realized that they are giving worst service and other lower statused companies are much better than it. We are so much frustrated and willing to run a case against this poor service by Sunflame.
