Recently, I have purchased Sunflame Brand chimney Nova 60BK for Rs. 5000. This is product is not at all working properly for the purpose it is installed. More than exhaust, it gives a lot of noise. The product suppose to come with two bulbs, after installing we understood one bulb is not working.
The equipment was fitted by the company personnel, and all the required material provided by me as per their word. The equipment package came without any user manual, specifications manual. When I highlighted the same with the dealer, he said nothing like that, and company personnel will install and explain everything you in details.
Looking at Sunflame brand value, I have not enquired about this specific product, trusting Sunflame will release best competitive products.
Finally, I realised my old exhaust fan is better than this pricey equipment.
I suggest keen buyers to evaluate the product properly before purchasing. Please visit the product installation before purchasing any product.
