I had purchased a Room Heater from the company on 27th Dec. It has a warranty of 1 year. It has three heating tubes. The first tube went bad within three days. However as two tubes were working and the cold was simply bunbearable we continued with the product. However after one month the second tube also went bad. We then went to the shop. He said the company engineer will reach within 24 hours. However the company technician didn’t visit next day. The components used are poor and Services pathetic.
