I bought this room heater from reliance digital for Rs 1495. After using it for a month one of the halogen rod stopped working.
It is a halogen based heater but is ineffective. The plastic and metal used in the product is also of very cheap quality. Its provides warmth only in front of it or to a maximum of 1 metre. Also, it doesn't have any energy star rating.
Room heaters from philips are of much better quality and are more effective.
