Hi fried, I am going to share my review on a water heater. I purchased Sunhot Mini water heater alomost one year ago. As my budget was low so Sunhot name suggest it’s a brand in name itself, and that was the initial reason to purchase this product even after my relatives suggested me other brands for water heater. I am totally unsatisfied after using this brad’s water heater. Water Heating is too slow even after its name is INSTANT WATER HEATER. Some odd sound can be hear from inside of the machine. The product looks faulty and I tried to contact customer service center but their service is too much bad, most of the time they do not pick up phone. I have called a service guy and have been to Sunhot’s showroom but they are not taking personal interest only to fix the item. Even after 5 stars electricity’s bill result is not much affected. It is take too much electricity.
Look wise too it’s not that good. I would not recommend it for sure to others. You can consider other models/brand before thinking for this one. I heard LG’s are good, but still not sure. Kindly see more online reviews for other products before purchase. I can be sure for this one, not for others. I will give it 1 star out of 5 star.
