I am writing this review on top of the review I had written sometime back, to let people know how an existing customer is treated. Also, people need to understand (as I have understood now) that service quality of these local carriers are super inconsistent. I had a fantastic experience first time round, but this time I am banging my head to the wall.
Here’s what happened. I wanted to transfer my 42 inch plasma TV from Kolkata to Bangalore. As I had used the services of these guys earlier, and had a good experience then, I called them up. They came to my place and picked up the tv in quick time. Promised delivery was 6-7 days. Its 18 days, I am still waiting. To make matters worse, nobody is taking my calls now. They took my calls in the first couple of days after dispatch. The last time they cut my call while I was speaking, as it was a waste of time now since I had already paid the money. Since then I think I have been transferred to the ’do not attend’ list. I am shocked by this behaviour and attitude of the packers who were really good the first time (You can read that review below.). I have no idea when I will get my TV and whether it will be in proper condition. Btw, I am yet to get the insurance papers, they said they will send by email. I am quite stressed out mentally because of this. Just wanted to share this with you guys.

My first review-
I had to transfer my furniture and some other belongings from Bangalore to Kolkata. A friend of mine who had recently used the services of Sunlite packers, recommended them to me. I am glad I used his recommendation. The staff was well behaved and pretty professional. On the scheduled day they arrived on time and packed all the furniture in quick time. The packing was great too. They gave me a 7-8 day timeframe for delivery and they stuck to that. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and will definitely use their services the next time as well.
