Don’t even think of using these guys. They are money making mercenaries. I was moving my household stuff from Bangalore to Calcutta including my car. I requested for an exclusive closed vehicle solely because I thought that ways the container will not be opened before it reaches Calcutta and my stuff will be safe. But, later when we received the stuff all of it was wet and hence soiled. On questioning these guys we came to know that they changed vehicles before entering the city at a time when it was raining to save costs. Almost all the furniture was ruined coz of the rain.
This apart, the representative in Calcutta demanded that we make full payment first before he would handover our car and unload the items. He literally forced us to pay up before the hand over because he knew we would not pay if we saw the condition of our goods.
When we spoke to them about the insurance which they had promised about in the beginning..nothing happened.
I would strongly recommend anybody reading this review to never get trapped with such companies. Initially, we think its cheaper than the expensive and branded movers...but trust me in the end you with the premium, tax and all other costs you end up paying almost the same amount of money for a A VERY POOR SERVICE. Beware!!
