I used Sunlite Packers and Movers service in the month of January 2012.
I used Sunlite Packers and Movers to shift my goods from Bangalore to Delhi.
1) I paid Rs8000 for tansferring goods. Sunlite Packers and Movers don’t handle the goods properly, they damaged my goods. My washing machine is broken, Mattress is at a bad shape, TV has many scratches.
There is a rat after opening the goods at my home. They stolen jars in the mixer!
2) I paid Rs4, 500 for the insurance, they gave a false bill. that bill shows insurance taken but it wont have any number or value paid. They give false bills. Now I cant use to claim for the above damage!
After paying Rs12500, they talk very bad about the customers. In the beginning they talk very politely, after paying the money they will shout at you, if you ask anything. they do threaten!
