They kept me in loop, took 5 weeks to deliver the goods. Promptly replied to emails. The customer service agent was very helpful and resolved all my queries before purchase.
Assembly was easy so I refused to sent their assembly team and I did it myself due to covid times, still they reimburse 400/- for installation as per their protocol.
The wood used is solid sheesham wood .All parts are clearly visible to be made of sheesham wood and almost 99% of the stuff they sell is sturdy wood. Absolutely fantastic. The only reason these guys are doing such great job because of their online reputation, and they give full respect to their customers . I visited their manufacturing unit in jodhpur when I was there for official visit.
Every genuine concern you raise, they will sort it out and they have reasonable terms on their website which looks mostly fair, compared to other vendors online.
Companies like these should be given more encouragement other than non-indian companies. I am sure with this level of service, product and high customer satisfaction, they will excel more.
