This SUNSENSES SIR-08 1500 W immersian water heater rod is made with copper. I bought this rod few days ago because the winters has started. So we are not are not able to bath with cold water and also dont want to buy a electric water heater or gas water heater so I bought this rod. For few days it works very well. It heats the bucket of water in 15 minutes but after that it started creating problems.
Firstly the cable wire of this rod took fire and it stoped working. So I repared it from ellectrician because I need it immediately.
After that I came to know that there are many options in the market that are cheaper than this product and more durable.
This product is good but quite expensive and less durable also consumer much electricity.
So this is my experience with this water heating rod.
