This is nicely located & built resort. It has almost everything required for nice holiday stay. The management & staff is worst.
Unfortunately when we were there both days electricity was not there at night & Hotel does not have any generater backup. They provided 1-2 candels. Whole resort was in dark, Even bufet & dining area they had placed just 1 candle.
I will give example of how bad the staff is.
We had booked 4 rooms for 8 people(they gave in diff bldgs) & in evening we gathered at one room for having drinks. We had our own Black label bottles. So we ordered starters & cold drinks & ice (ice also we have to buy) . It all came in 20 min, but he did not bring any glasses to pour drinks. So we asked him to get 6 more glasses. He said he can’t bring glasses, we need to get from room service. So we called room service. He refused, saying, every room has 2 glasses for drinking water & he will not give any extra glasses. I told him that waiter asked us to call room service for glasses, but he refused to give any glass.
So I called bar & asked him to send glasses, but he again started saying "call room service". By this time starters were cold & we all were pissed off. WE had to call again to reception & bar & abuse those buggers to get the glasses. This may sound exageration, but belive me, this is what exactly happened
