We booked a all inclusive 4day/3N package at Sunshine park resort, Goa from 26th to 29th Nov including sightseeing, airport pickup and breakfast+ dinner from ezeego where it is published as 3 start facility. They didn’t turn up for the pcikup and when called said will provide the drop now. The food quality all days included very poor quailty rice+ dal+ a non descript vegetable. The apartment provided to us had construnction material stored in its Kitchen.
The toile bowl leaked. The tour bus had breakdown during day 1 of tour and was not comfortable at all. The tour operator clearly stated that no complaints will be entertained. The experience was so bad that none of the 17 people who went for day 1 of tour went for day 2 of the tour. While checking out for drop off they wanted us to wait for a couple whose flight was 3 hour later than us. Finally we paid them from our pocket to drop us to airport and reached in nick of time to catch the flight. Overall very bad experience.
