Toothpaste is a billion Dollar market in India and there are some major players in it like Colgate, Pepsodent and more. These companies are spending billions of dollars in research analysis and marketing. They are the market leaders.
Why I bought Babul?
I was in the market and saw Babul present on a stack. I knew about the product. So thought about it giving it a try.
Likes:
Nothing special. The product was having regular packaging.
Dislikes:
The design of the tube is not good compared to other tooth pastes. On pressing also it felt bit harder than other tooth paste company packages. But the most important thing - the taste of the paste. It was nothing special. It just tasted like peppermint toothpaste where as the Colgate and Pepsodent toothpastes always taste much better.
Final Verdict:
Though I would like to support the Underdog Indian Company Babool, but there is a still big gap between it and other major toothpaste brands.
