I had a horrible experience with super india packers and movers (SIPM) bangalore because there was no feedback on them on the net. So I’m writing this so that people can be aware of SIPM.
People who are looking for a packer and mover, just beware of SIPM (SUPER INDIA PACKERS AND MOVERS). I am a victim of this packers. I was referred by one of my friend, and I
gave them the contract to move from Delhi to Bangalore. I reached
bangalore and had to wait for another 15 day to receive my luggage.
They have promised for 1 week, but even after 15 days they were not confirming when
they will send my luggage.
After 20 days and calling then 1000 times, I finally received half of
luggage that too in a very bad condition. All my furnitures were broken.
Though I have booked a dedicated vehicle for transfer, but they send it as part luggage to earn more money, after taking around 40, 000/- from me.
After another 20 days I got rest of the items and the condition was
even worse.
The most surprising thing was that what I heard from its workers. The workers of this packer were saying to me, "How can
you be so fool to hire this packers". They told me, Super India Packers and Movers had never transferred
the luggage in a good condition.
This was my blunder to trust on this. I became there victim as there was no feedback on SIPM, that’s why I decided to write one.
This
is my 6th month after receiving my goods but after complaining 100
times to that, still they haven’t replaced or repaired the damaged
item.
I request you people to beware of them and don’t become their victim.
