I have had a really bad customer service approach lately with Indira Nagar Viveks. The way they handle the customer is pathetic. Earlier we wanted to buy basic amenities like TV, Fridge etc so Initially I checked with Viveks, their prices were on a higher side and second I didn’t like the way they handled us so we opted for VGP, which is close by Viveks (This was 6 Months before).
Last week we decided to go-ahead for a Ken star Food processor in VPG but unfortunately they didn’t have stocks so we wanted to try out the same with Viveks. We asked a representative for a Demo she said it’s 7.30 pm and there is no proper person in the showroom so said she would send somebody to my residence for a Demo. Since I had to travel to Chennai for an official trip we said we would like to come after 2 days preferably in the afternoon session to see the Demo.
As discussed me and my husband were in viveks showroom at 3.00 pm for seeing the Demo .We were approached by the same representative and to my surprise she said they would give a demo after buying the product, her body language and the tone was unimaginable she said first buy it and then only demo. I don’t expect the representative to give me a five star treatment but at least a ’decent’ approach. I believe that customer service is a direct reflection of the integrity of a company.
Accepted the fact that you can’t give Demo for each and every product but at least a proper communication would have saved my energy and time
Wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. I’m sure they’re good if you get what you want but haven’t a clue about customer service.
