I subscribed 1 month package for CS executive but the very bext I was hospitalised and I called customer care to pause the person said no I thought I should try again after 25 day ( the very next I discharged from hospital) and called customer care the person litteraly used the words like you wana fight , show me what you can do.
I may sound likeam braging but it really happened then I wrote email but they never cared I thought its okay but after week they started calling me up subscribing again.
Comming to quality of service they have recorded videos I just for a day in video a techer says the paper is MCQ based which was not, so it might be that they have recorded videos of past and just making their business run
