After booking your flat staff will not consider your any problem seriously ( more bad compare to a govt. offices). **** Waiting after long time till ur possession u feel have cheated by supertech.
We all my friends booked flats with different- different builders.
Here I feel small groups are more caring and using good building materials compare to any reputed brand.
