When a customer orders milk, the delivery is reasonable to an extent but recently they made it mandatory for the customer to subscribe to membership in order to continue with the milk subscription. I certainly understand that you are wanting us to use it for groceries apart from milk subscription but I think forcing people to subscribe to membership in order to proceed using the product for milk alone is a huge drawback. The unique customer selling point is now gone and I think it is too early to force people to opt for subscription as the products pricing, app design/UI and there are other more important things that are to be fixed first. And the quality of customer service is really awful. People are not well trained with empathy and other skills. The rating I currently gave is only cause I was able to use it effectively in the past.
