I bought the emerald necklace on their website, somehow when I received the necklace, the threads were broken so the whole necklace was unable to wear, one of the beads came out too. And the most important things is many of the bids was cracked.
I really have a bad experience to shop with them. If you are buying anything with them you need to make sure they are the only place having the stock, also if you paid them don’t think you can get a refund.
What happened was I found out Amazon India is almost 70 dollars cheaper than their own website so I emailed them to request the refund. I have a friend can help me sending me from India to abroad. But the shop kept asking me, and they wanted to offer me other free gifts to keep this order.
After a few emails due to the work and family stuff so I gave up to negotiate with them. And I thought they were trying hard to maintain the business so hard so I gave them a chance. But this experience is a good experience for me too, don’t ever give up want to don’t want.
I never have that bad experience before, and I would never ever trust this company again.
