I had ordered a product from the website https://suratdiamond.com. The product range is extensive and the website good. After seeing good reviews on ebay, I took a call on buying the same.
Even after 5 weeks of placing the order, I am yet to receive the product ordered. The call centres give random answers and the service has been disappointing. The call centres on taking down the order number, request a call back from their side but never return back.
More than half the times, the call center numbers are unreachable. There is no way of tracking the orders.
The website has been endorsed by the likes of HSBC, Club mahindra and king club and many reputed companies seeing which one doesn’t seem to have doubts. I was told the order would be shipped within 15 days but did not hear from the vendor a single time. On repeated queries got a mail saying they would ship the order within a fortnight. But even that has not happened.
It seems the vendor is fraud. I would not suggest anyone to buy from the above said vendor.
