On 11 July, I ordered a gold coin for gifting, on-line and paid for it immediately. It was delivered on 18th July, i.e within 1 week in tamper-proof packing. I am quite pleased with this delivery.
However the helpdesk number 23860997 really sucks. I called to inquire about delivery and the standard answer is "next week" or "5 days after realisation of payment" or something equally stupid. The girl who answers the phone is too lazy to find out the details of your order, check the status, or give any meaningful information.
They should stop this useless helpline which is of no help to customers at all.
