Given the date of the order, one would expect the products to be delivered within a week max. However despite constant follow-ups and calls(which by the way only if you are blessed you will get through) there has not only been no delivery of the product but also no refund. And there is no reason for either.
I have been writing emails and making the calls since the last month and a half and there is no one who is giving any proper answer or allowing me to speak to any senior manager. Their height of non-responsiveness - you complain on their Facebook account and still there is no response.
In short -
Emails - non-responsive
Chat - non-responsive
Calls - non-responsive
FaceBook - non-responsive
Don’t know if I am going to get my money back.
Strongly suggest not to buy any products from here. They are non-responsive and you will be stuck.
If there is anyone who can help it would be highly appreciated.
