Had a very bad experience at the Andheri centre. I went for a very critical injection after enquiring. They made me wait for half an hour and then said no nurse was available and the doc refused to give the injection. I lost my injection slot because of their unprofessionality. I told them that the injection was critical and couldn’t delay it even for a few minutes since am undergoing a treatment past months. But they did not bother..
