I gave my laptop G450 to repair for some noise on screen to one of the Lenovo service centre at Hyderabad on 02/04/2015. At first day they couldnt recognise the fault. Second day till after they couldnt recognise the fault. At later afternoon when I called again they said we are not able to find fault in your laptop so please take it back if you want.
So I went to collect it. When I checked my laptop after starting it was not giving any display at all(blank white screen). So I told them to return it to me at its initial condition so that at least I can work on it. Again they worked on it for 2 hours and returned it to me again. This time it was not starting at all. When I enquired they said its graphic chip has been damaged.
I said that it has been damaged by you so repair it and give it to me at initial condition. They refused to do that and said that we cant repair it.
Manager sitting there refused to give me even slip for repair however they written my complain in their register.
After this incidence I mailed regarding this to Lenovo customer care and a reply has that they cant help me as the product is not in warranty.
Does it mean that they will damage my laptop if it is not warranty?
So this must another way to earn money.
this is cheapest meanest way to deal with customers.
I will never buy a Lenovo laptop in future.horrible experience with these people.even I have lost lots of valuable data stored in my laptop because of these people.
