I don’t have any good things to tell about Surya tours and travels, Madurai(Operator: Arun & Raj), since they are the worst.
Surya travels committed to arrange hotel Subham hotel in Yercaud before I gave advance payment, after receiving my payment, they changed their attitude.
Surya travels arranged hotel in TT Nalin Inn, Yercaud: No maintenance.not suitable for family. Water heater switch was not available in some room.it was not intimated before. not worth for money, I spent Rs.10000(four rooms) as rent including tax .it is just worth for 500 and below for family rooms(including season time). I had a bad experiences, I called surya travels about this bad experience, but RAJ and ARUN ignored me and told that we cannot do anything, if you want to stay in other hotel you have to pay by yourself.
At night time we searched and arranged hotel in Yercaud, KC hotel which was very good to stay for families and good maintenance, we checked out from TT Nalin inn and checked in to KC hotel. I lost 10, 000 rupees because of change the hotel due to worst tourist "Surya tours & Travels - madurai.
Tempo: Initially surya travels promised to arrange good vehicle from Chennai to yercaud, but they sent very worst tempo, which was looking not good, very worst seat arrangement, unable to travel, not comfortable to sit.
At midnight Driver- Rakesh sharma stopped the vehicle at highway and argued with us to take another vehicle with toe(which was breakdown), he did not listen our words even after telling him.
Thank god, finally we reached home and relaxed, I would like to inform you all, please don’t prefer Surya tours and travels, don’t believe their words especially, Arun and Raj (Madurai operators(surya tours and travels). Surya tours and travels agent never answer your call after collecting money, they are totally money minded persons and not a customer care taker.
