If looking for Kinetic, then this is one fine place to pick your bike/scooter/moped from. Quite courteous. No trouble servicing. After all it takes is good set of people to make any place to be regarded better.
Kinetic has found good bunch of people in this showroom, I am satisfied with the service and staff.
Had to take my scooter twice before the 1st service, problem was with self start, intial time battery was leaky, staff replaced the battery in 10 mins and gave back. This was 4th day after purchase.
2nd time again problem with the self start, again suspected the battery, replaced it promplty under 10 mins and gave the scooter, this was about 10 - 15 after the purchase.
3rd time went for the 1st service and told that battery has again drained, not getting the self-start. They did the complete checkup, found the problem with the Rectifier which is after Dynamo, which is part of the charging the battery. As it was faulty, battery is not getting charged properly and replaced and tested the bike for the whole night and gave the scooter back in perfect condition.
I am pretty happpy, it used to give me about 40KMPL, before service. I am sure its giving me atleast 45KMPL now.
