My experience with Susrut was just amazing. I visited for my mother’s cataract operation on both eyes. My mother is above 65 and has many medical conditions. From the time of getting your first ticket till the final follow up checkup after surgery of both eyes I went around to many departments and teams of the hospital facility and in every case I was handled with respect, care and affection. I am very impressed with the way how they treat each and every patient with patience, proper dignity and care. Their team effort shows. The doctor’s visits was just perfect. He heard all our problems with patience and generous ears and suggested and helped us get the surgery done within a stipulated time since my mother is on insulin for diabetes and they can not operate if the blood sugar level is too high. The best part is that everyone called my mom as’maa’ which means mother in all Indian languages. They were polite and extremely caring towards all their patients and not just my mother. I am not surprised when I met patients from as far as Bangladesh who have come to Susrut through the Medical tourism facilities. I am very rarely impressed with any service provider since I look for in-genuine care for clients while they provide their service. But my time with Susrut was beyond a blessing.I was also highly impressed with their internal hospital management software which was like a guiding light in each appointment booking, check-up, tests, their results and notifications for upcoming appointments and follow-up. I am humbled to give a 5 star rating to this gem of a hospital in our city Kolkata.
