Hello Friends! I would like to share the experience I had with the company Sutherland. I worked there for the past 4 years. Since they are doing outsourcing to their various clients, they will set an internal target to the employees to compete with their competitors. It is impossible to achieve. They do not care about how we achieve the target they set. All they need is the company has to be in number one position. In case, if they receive any escalation complaint about policy violation, they will start blaming the employees for that as well. The management for each customer service process is very poor. they don’t know what happens in the floor. All they want is they have to be at number one position. Then only they can get more offers from their clients. If you want me to tell about the career growth in Sutherland. They will ruin your entire life. Once you joined that company. You will not know what is happening on the earth.
This company will make you like a prisoner.
There will be no growth. Yearly once, your salary will be revised, but there will be no significant improvement in your package. They will treat the bottom level employees like slaves. Please do not join in Sutherland and ruin your career.
