Just one simple analysis to know whether the company is good or bad.
In a day hundreds attend the interview for job(candidate could be good & bad) and all gets selected.
The question is, is sutherland getting new processes to accommodate all the selected once. If that is so this should be a great company. But this is not. The truth is that, whoever joins the company leaves the company once the training is completed. So join, get trained, leave immediately after the training is completed or be prepared for the rude & harsh, disgusting treatment by the higher level guys there. Even their clients does the same treatment for you surprise.
