If u can make a minute alteration as I made, u will find GS150r one of the best bikes available in India; in terms of Mileage, Top speed, and Pick up.
My bike is now 18000 plus, did all kind of extreme rides in each gears.......and .....Believe it or not.........recently I did 125 kmph in 5th gear@ 11000 rpm..............Provided slight changes I made................Now using Mobil/Shell 10 - 40w engine oil (costing rs 300, semi-synthetic oil) .......a slightly higher petrol mixture ( 50 to 55 kmpl in long drive & around 45 to 50 kmpl in city drive)............replaced the rear sprocket with Suzuki shogun’s (bigger circumference than the stock cog)...........Now my bike hits its peak rpm (11000) quicker than before..........I am a fellow with speed craze, so I have checked my bike with all kind of extreme rides..........let me tel, engine sounds smoother than the prior.... ....speed on gear ranges like.......1st gear@11000 rpm - 35 - 40 kmph..........2rd gear@11000 rpm - 70 kmph....3rd gear@11000 rpm - 94 kmph.....4rd gear@11000 rpm - 114 kmph.............5rd gear@11000 rpm - 125 kmph.............6rd gear@11000 rpm - yet to check......(expecting around close to 140 kmph).....
Do believe, Gs150r is the best bike......when cost and product quality contrasted............
